【重要】2月29日（土）新入生保護者オリエンテーションの中止・実施内容変更について（お知らせ）

新入学児童・生徒の保護者各位

お世話になっております。
2月29日（土）に予定しておりますELCと小学校の保護者オリエンテーションについて、新型コロナウイルスの感染防止の観点から、下記の通り、中止及び実施内容を変更することにいたしましたのでお知らせいたします。

１、ELC新入生保護者オリエンテーション　→　中止

・必要な資料等につきましては、郵送・メール等で配信いたします。
・在校生兄弟姉妹の方につきましては、3月2日～6日の期間中に在校生のお子様に資料をお持ち帰り頂きます。

２、小学校新入生保護者オリエンテーション　→　教材販売・資料配布のみ実施
・販売時間：11：00～11：30
・場所：小学校昇降口（1F北側エントランス）
　　　
・当日、体調がすぐれない場合は来校をご遠慮ください。
・ご来校頂けなかった方の教材・配布資料は学校で保管し、3月2日～6日（各日9:00～17:00）の期間中にお渡しできるようにいたします。学校まで受け取り・購入にいらしてください。
・【在校生の方のみ】教材は重量・かさがあります。3月13日（金）の卒業式の日の持ち帰りをご希望の場合は、資料のみ先にお渡ししますのでお知らせください。
・【在校生の方のみ】自家用車をお持ちでないなど、どうしても受け取りが難しく、バス帰宅時の持ち帰りをご希望の方はご相談ください。

Dear Parents of ELC and Primary New Students,

Hello. We hope this letter finds you well.
Please be informed that we decided to cancel and change the contents of the parent orientation on Saturday, February 29th as shown below due to the coronavirus matter.

1. ELC Parent Orientation --> Cancelled

・We will share enrolment related documents via the mail or email.
・If you have horizon siblings, we will send documents home sometime between 3/2 and 3/6.

2. Primary Parent Orientation --> Open only for Shopping and Handing out documents
・Shopping Hours：11:00-11:30
・Venue：Primary Main Entrance Hall (1F North Entrance Door)

*We kindly ask not to come to school if you are not in good condition.
*We will keep school items and documents in the office and prepare to give them to you when you come to school between 3/2 and 3/6. (Office open 9:00-16:00 on each day)
*(Horizon students only) A set of school items is heavy and it's difficult for students to bring them home by themselves. If you want to bring items home on graduation day, please inform the school in advance.
*(Horizon students only) If you don't have a car and want to request the school to send items home when your student goes home by bus, please feel free to consult with us.
