2017年4月17日（月） We had the 1st Earthquake Drill in this school year. 2017年度新学期が始まって最初の避難訓練を実施しました。 小学校、幼稚部ともにそれぞれの避難場所に避難する方法をみんなで確認し、校長先生と園長先生のお話を聞きました。 We had the 1st Earthquake Drill in this school year. Both ELC and Primary School students evacuated outside and confirm how they need to evacuate from current place to evacuation place. They're all serious to listen to Principal and ELC Principal about the drill.

2017年4月5日（水） ４ 月５日（水）に２０１７年度ホライゾンジャパンインターナショナルスクール仙台新入学生入学式を行いました。 今年は、プリスクール３、４、キンダーガーテンあわせて３１名のこどもたちが新たに加わり、３学年総勢５９名でのスタートとなります。 いよいよ明日、４月６日（木）からは新学期が始まり、前年度から進級したお友達とともに、賑やかな日々がやってきます。 今年一年、こどもたちが楽しく元気にのびのびと過ごし、健やかに成長できるよう、職員一同しっかりと見守っていきたいと思います！ We welcome 31 new students as Horizon family and now we have 59 students in total in Preschool 3, Preschool 4 and Kindergarten Classes! From tomorrow, April 6th, the new school year will begin and school will be full of energy of ELC students. We're looking forward to meeting their joyful school life here at Horizon soon!

2017年4月4日（火） 4月4日（火）にホライゾン学園仙台小学校第二回入学式を行いました。 今年は、新1年生30名2クラスと、新2年生に3名の転入生を迎え、1年生・2年生合計69名での2017年度スタートとなります。 緊張した面持ちの中にも、これから始まる学校生活への期待がうかがえました。 新１年生の皆さんは、いよいよ明日から６時間目＋ＡＳＬ（放課後学習）までのフルタイム授業がスタートします。 英語イマージョンでの「さんすう」や「せいかつ」も、日本語で行う「こくご」や「しょしゃ」の授業も、いろいろなことをたくさん学んで、楽しく過ごしてもらいたいと思います。 入学式で校歌を歌ってくれた、優しい２年生のお姉さん・お兄さんたちも待っています。 １年生の皆さん、お友達や先生と一緒に、頑張っていきましょうね！ We had the 2nd Enrolment Ceremony of Primary School on Tuesday, April 4th. This year, we welcome 30 new Grade 1 students and 3 new grade 2 transferred students. In total 69 students will start new school year from today. We can tell they are so excited to start their new school life here at Horizon. Grade 1 student will start full-time class from tomorrow. They will soon experience many fun activities both in English and Japanese! Let's have fun together!
