 ２０２４年度新１年生の第二期募集についてお知らせします。
We will soon start accepting applications for enrollment in Horizon Sendai Primary School as a Grade 1 student in April 2024 from Sunday, October 22, 2023.
Please find details of the admission processes shown below.

入学申込～入学決定までの流れ

入学願書受付（オンライン）
１０月２２日（日）～１０月２９日（日）

入学検定

  • 一般：１１月３日（金・祝）
  • 内部進学希望者：免除

保護者面接

  • 一般（対面）：１１月３日（金・祝）
  • 内部進学希望者（オンライン）：申込確認後に個別調整の上、実施
入学可否については入学検定および保護者面接の結果を基に判断いたします。面接は、ご家庭での教育方針と学校の教育理念を確認する場であり、合否を判定するものではありません。

結果発送
１１月１０日（金）

  • 内部進学希望者の方で、１１月３日以前に面接が完了しなかったご家庭へは面接後、１０日前後で結果をお知らせします。

入学金納入

  • 一般：１１月２０日（月）
  • 内部進学希望者：免除

入学手続き書類提出期日

  • 一般：１１月２４日（金）
  • 内部進学希望者：結果発送からおおよそ２週間以内で学校が指定する日まで

入学決定後の流れ

１月下旬：制服、入学時購入学用品などの注文
３月上旬：新入生保護者オリエンテーション

Entrance Exam

  • Non-Horizon Applicants: Friday, November 3rd, 2023 (National Holiday)
  • Horizon Applicants: Exempted

Parents Interview

  • Non-Horizon Applicants: Friday, November 3rd, 2023 (National Holiday) *in person
  • Horizon Applicants: Individually arranged *online

Result Announcement
Friday, November 10th, 2023

  • In case parents cannot have the interview before November 3rd, the school will announce the result to the parents about 10 days after the interview day.

Enrollment Fee Payment Due

  • Non-Horizon Applicants: Monday, November 20th, 2023
  • Horizon Applicants: Exempted (Applicants from HJIS Sendai Aoba will receive a discount on the amount based on the amount of enrollment fee they have paid to HJIS Sendai Aoba.)

Enrollment Documents Due

  • Non-Horizon Applicants: Friday, November 24th, 2023
  • Horizon Applicants: within 2 weeks after the result announcement

After Acceptance

Late January: Order school uniforms and school items that Grade 1 students need to purchase to start school.
Early March: Join the Parents Orientation
