WEB入学フォームの利用開始について
New admission process started from Monday, June 1, 2020
ホライゾン学園仙台校では２０２０年６月１日（月）より、これまで紙で頂いていた入学願書に代わり、WEB入学申込フォームによる入学申込の受付を開始しました。
Horizon Sendai has started using the WEB application form for the admission process from Monday, June 1st, 2020 instead of using the paper application form.
フォームは以下のページよりご確認頂けます。
添付書類アップロードのため、Gmailアカウントが必要となります。
Gmailアカウントをお持ちでない方は、お手数ですが、アカウントの作成をお願い致します。
You can find the application page from the link shown below.
To upload required documents/data, you’ll be asked to log in to Google with your Gmail account.
If you don’t have a Gmail account, please make your Gmail account first.

入学申し込みの受付期間については以下の通りとなります。
The application period is as written below.
＜ＥＬＣ（幼稚部 Yochibu・保育部 Hoikubu）＞
新年度4月1日からの入学の場合
April Enrolment (from the beginning of the new academic year)
● 入学を希望する年度の前年度の 11月1日～11月8日 に入学申し込みを受け付けます。
Application Period: November 1st - November 8th
年度途中の編入の場合
Enrolment during the academic year
● 入学を希望する学年の定員に空きがある場合に限り、入学を希望する月の2か月前の1日から入
学の申し込みを受け付けます。（先着順）
We accept applications from 2 months before your preferred enrolment month.
(i.e. if you want to send your child to school from October, we accept your applications
after August 1st.)
満3歳での入学の場合
Enrolment from the following month of Age 3 birth month
● Preschool（3歳児クラス）の定員に空きがある場合に限り、満3歳の誕生日を迎える月の1か月
前の1日から入学の申し込みを受け付けます。
We accept applications only when we have a place in Preschool. (Age 3 class) Your
