小学校：芸術鑑賞会で和太鼓の世界に触れました

Let's Open the New World! Experiencing Japanese TAIKO Performance
小学校では年に1回、芸術に触れるための「芸術鑑賞会」が開催されています。
今年は9月26日（水）に、宮城県を拠点に活動されている和太鼓グループ「Atoa.（アトア）」の皆さんに、素晴らしい演奏を披露して頂きました。
At Horizon Sendai Primary School, students can have a chance to experience various arts. This time, we welcomed the Japanese Traditional Drum Group - Atoa. as our guest. They showed us great TAIKO performance.
Atoa.の結成者であるトッキーさん、アッキーさんご兄弟は、かつて「鼓童」という太鼓芸能集団に所属され、国内外の様々な場所で公演をおこなってきたそうですが、2011年3月の東日本大震災の後、地元宮城県に戻って何かできないか、ということで、宮城県にてAtoa.を結成、精力的に活動を続けられているそうです。
The founder of Atoa., Tokky-san and Akky-san, were a member of KODO before they came back to Miyagi prefecture after 3.11 The Great East Japan Earthquake hit Miyagi prefecture. They decided to make Atoa. to do something for Miyagi.
鑑賞会では、迫力ある太鼓の音に、子どもたちはもちろん、先生方もぐっと心を掴まれました。
During the performance, everyone was into the great performance.
太鼓についての質問にも、元気よく手があがります。
ほとんどの子どもたちが初めて目にするお神楽。
鑑賞会の後半には、太鼓に触れる機会も設けてもらいました。
先生たちも太鼓を体験。
画面で見たり、CDを聞くだけでは伝わり切れない音の感動。
実際に間近で演奏を聴き、楽器に触れることのできるという経験は、確かに子どもたちの中に何かを残したのではないでしょうか。
We cannot tell how much the actual performance can influence our heart.
We believe that this great experience made students feel something and open their mind to the new world.
「音の感動」は万国共通のもの。
