 　2023年度第1回目のELC学校説明会・ミニレッスン（体験入学）イベントの開催日程が決まりました！

　We are happy to announce our exciting school event, the online Open House, and the Mini-lesson for our prospective Horizon families in the future. English translation of the event detail follows the Japanese text.

　学校説明会では本校についての概要説明の他、実際にELCで毎日オールイングリッシュで過ごしている子どもたちがどんな風に英語に触れているのか、どんなことを学んでいるのかをご紹介します。

　保護者同伴で出席できる「ミニレッスン（体験入学）」では、普段、子どもたちの担任をしている先生たちと、親子で一緒に英語で楽しく活動します。学校全体の雰囲気を知って頂いたり、先生たちと直接お話し頂けるまたと無い機会です。バイリンガルスタッフが通訳のお手伝いをしますので、英語での質問に不安のある方にも安心してご参加頂けます。ぜひお気軽にご参加ください！

場所：ホライゾンジャパンインターナショナルスクール仙台泉校　教室

定員：24組様まで

内容：

  • 教室で自由に遊ぼう！
  • 朝の会
  • 英語で楽しく活動しよう！
  • 先生たちへの質問タイム
  • フリー見学タイム／小学校ガイド付き見学ツアータイム（希望者）

備考：

  • 体験入学に参加されるお子様1名様につき、付き添いの大人の方2名まで教室内にご入室頂けます。
  • 廊下からご見学頂く場合、付き添いの方の人数に制限はありません。

★ Applications are still open for the Mini-lesson on Saturday, June 17th. Please feel free to join the event and have fun with us! :) ★

　During the online open house session, you will find out how our students are spending their time at our school in an all-in-English environment. About 90% of our ELC students come from Japanese families. They are learning "English" as a communication language through everyday school life. They are also engaged in various kinds of hands-on activities and inquiry-based learning experiences. The online open house is designed mainly for parents and is carried on in Japanese.

　For children, we are offering Mini-lesson where they can experience fun activities with their parents in English. Teachers are the same teachers who usually spend their time with ELC students every day. They know the way to make activities fun even when students are not understanding English. They are also available to answer your questions about school life. Please feel free to talk to teachers.

  • Morning Meeting
  • Let's enjoy fun activities!
  • Q&A time for teachers
  • Free time / Primary school tour with guide (optional)

Notes:

  • Up to two parents/guardians per one trial lesson student can enter the classroom.
  • We don't limit the number of visitors from each family if family members can stay in the hallway to observe the lesson.
