2024年度・2025年度の新1年生入学をご検討頂いているご家庭を対象に、2024年度第1回目の小学校学校説明会・体験入学会を開催致します。
We are pleased to announce that we will hold the first Primary School Open House this year for those who are interested in joining our school in April 2024 or April 2025. English translation of the event detail follows the Japanese text.
学校説明会では、小学校の全体像を掴んで頂くための学校概要説明の他、英語イマージョン教育実践校ならではの特色ある英語プログラムや、国際バカロレアのプライマリー・イヤーズ・プログラムを通じた子どもたちの学びについて詳しくお話し致します。
また、新型コロナウィルス感染症によりやむをえず中止せざるを得なかった本校保護者とのフリートークタイム「Parents' Talk」の時間を今年度から復活させることになりました。保護者目線でのざっくばらんなお話をお聞き頂けます。
体験入学会は年中・年長のお子様にご参加頂けるオプションイベントです。普段、子どもたちが学んでいる実際の教室にて、先生たちが英語で模擬授業を行います。短い時間ではありますが、日常的に英語と日本語の両言語で過ごすホライゾンの雰囲気や先生たちのとのコミュニケーションを体感頂けるイベントです。２歳～年少の小さなお子様には託児サービスをご用意しております。（要申込）

場所：ホライゾン学園仙台小学校 多目的ホール（ELCプレイルーム）

- 各ご家庭からの参加人数に制限は設けません。
- 説明会の内容が変更になる場合があります。予めご了承ください。
- 体験入学会・託児サービスは説明会会場とは同建物内の別会場にて実施します。
We will explain our school's educational philosophy, mission, vision, and distinctive features including an English immersion education and Inquiry-based learning through IB/PYP.
During the parents' talk session, you can talk with the parents of our current students and graduates. There will be no school staff present during the parents' talk session. It is a great chance for parents to know more about our school from parents' view.
The trial lesson is an optional program where Age 4 (Pre-K) and Age 5 (Kindergarten) children can experience real primary-school-like lessons in English with our primary school teachers. We also offer daycare services for younger siblings (Ages 2-3) to support parents.
