第8回小学校入学式を行いました
ELCを卒業して小学校に進学した児童も、初めてホライゾンのこの校舎に通うことになった児童も、みんな新しい生活にドキドキとワクワクした表情を浮かべて入学式に参加してくれました。
This year 35 students join our school as Grade 1 students.
Some graduates from our ELC and others come from other kindergartens.
They are all excited to start the new school life at the primary school.
これまでの幼稚園生活とは違い、これからはアカデミックな学びがスタートします。
次の日から英語の授業もスタートするので、タフな日々が続くこともあります。
それでも、幼稚園生活で経験してきた楽しさを大事にしつつも、小学校という新しい環境での学び・成長を楽しんで欲しい。
Primary school is the first place to start academic learning.
Some students may feel it is tough to go through all classes for the next few months because life at primary school is not the same as what they experienced at kindergarten.
However, we believe that all students have the potential to overcome the toughness they feel and get used to the new life. It also helps students to build their own confidence.
