【ELC】2023年度4月入学生の募集について

2023年度ELC入学生の募集について、募集スケジュールが決まりましたのでお知らせします。

１、入学案内・ELC学校パンフレットの配布（2023年度入学希望者向け）

  • 10月1日（土）より本校HPにてPDF資料公開
  • 10月3日（月）以降、郵送・メールでのPDF送付可。お問い合わせフォームより資料をご請求ください。直接の受け取りを希望される方は、平日9:00～14:00の時間帯に本校事務室にて資料をお渡しします。事前の連絡は不要です。直接おいで頂き、インターホンにて応答したスタッフに資料の受け取りを希望していることをお伝えください。
  • 10月15日（土）のミニレッスンデイにご参加頂く方には、当日、受付の際に資料をお渡しします。
２、入学申込受付（オンライン）
  • 受付期間：2022年10月16日（日）～2022年10月31日（月）まで
　　※11月1日以降も入学を希望する学年に空きがある場合は随時受け付けます。

３、募集人数
  • ３歳児クラス（Preschoolクラス・3年保育）：　24名
  • ４歳児クラス（PreK・2年保育）：　10名程度
  • ５歳児クラス（Kindergarten・1年保育）：　10名程度

４、行動観察・保護者面接日
  • ３歳児クラス（Preschool）入学希望の方
    • 行動観察（集団）：2022年11月12日（土）　※原則、午前中
    • 保護者面接：同日（各ご家庭15分程度）
  • ４歳児クラス（PreK）入学希望の方
    • 行動観察（2022 Preschoolクラス内預り）：11月中の平日午前に実施（個別に調整）
    • 保護者面接：行動観察と同日（15分程度）
  • ５歳児クラス（Kindergarten）入学希望の方
    • 行動観察（2022 PreKクラス内預り）：11月中の平日午前に実施（個別に調整）
    • 保護者面接：行動観察と同日（15分程度）
５、結果連絡
行動観察・保護者面接の実施日から10日程度で結果通知（郵送またはEメール）

６、募集関連イベント（2022年9月15日以降）
  • 2022年9月29日（木）　10:00～11:00　オンライン学校説明会
  • 2022年10月11日（火）　10:00～11:00　オンライン学校説明会
  • 2022年10月15日（土）　9:30～11:30　ミニレッスンデイ（体験・9:00開場）
上記の他、ガイド付き見学・フリー見学のご予約を随時承っております！
おすすめしている時間帯は朝の9:15～10:15です。

１、Admission Guide/School Booklet for 2023 Enrollment
  • PDF documents will be available on our homepage on Saturday, October 1st, 2022.
  • You can request a printed copy of the documents after Monday, October 3, 2022. Please feel free to send us your request via the contact form. If you prefer to get it at our school, please come to our school between 9:00-14:00 and ask the school office staff for it. You do not need to make advanced notice. 
  • If you have already booked Mini-lesson on Saturday, October 15th, 2022, you will get documents at the reception.
２、Application Period
  • From Sunday, October 16th, 2022 to Monday, October 31st, 2022
　　*We will keep accepting applications after November 1st if the place is available.

３、Number of students we are going to recruit
  • Preschool (DOB: 2019/04/02～2020/04/01 *Age 3 as of April 1st, 2023)
    • 24 students
  • PreK (DOB: 2018/04/02～2019/04/01 *Age 4 as of April 1st, 2023)
    • about 10 students
  • Kindergarten (DOB: 2017/04/02～2018/04/01 *Age 5 as of April 1st, 2023)
    • about 10 students
４、Observation and Parent Interview
  • Preschool 
    • Observation (Group): Saturday, November 12th, 2022 *Morning time
    • Parent Interview: same day (15 min/family)
  • PreK
    • In-Class observation（in 2022 Preschool）: Weekday in November (half-day, individually arranged)
    • Parent interview: same day (15 min/family)
  • Kindergarten
    • In-Class observation（in 2022 PreK）: Weekday in November (half-day, individually arranged)
    • Parent interview: same day (15 min/family)
５、Result announcement
We will send the result either via mail or email about 10 days after the observation/interview.

６、 Admission-related events
  • Thursday, September 29th, 2022 10:00-11:00 Online Open House (on Zoom / in Japanese)
  • Tuesday, October 11th, 2022 10:00-11:00 Online Open House (on Zoom / in Japanese)
  • Saturday, October 15th, 2022 9:30-11:30 Mini-lesson day (doors open at 9:00)

Other than the above events, we welcome parents to visit us on weekdays.
(advanced reservation needed.)
9:15-10:15 is the best for parents to observe a class and walk around the school building.
