【重要】運動会実施の可否の判断について（お知らせ）/ When we will make a decision about the Sports Day

保護者各位

いつもたいへんお世話になっております。

さて，明日（６月２２日（土））に予定しております「運動会」ですが，現在（６月２１日（金）１６:００）の時点では，実施の可否を判断することが難しいため，明日（６月２２日（土））の朝６時までに決定することにいたしましたので，お知らせいたします。

保護者の皆様には，明日の６時までにメールでお知らせいたします。

また，本校ホームページにも掲載いたしますので，ご確認ください。

なお，延期の場合は，６月２９日（土）に実施を予定しております。

延期の場合，明日土曜日と，運動会の振替休日である６月２４日（月）は，お休みとなります。デイケアもお休みです。

そのかわり２９日（土）に運動会を実施しても振替休日はありません。

もし，２９日（土）にも開催できない場合は，天候の状況をみて平日に実施します。

開催日が決まりましたならば，改めてメールでお知らせいたします。

２４日（月），幼稚部の授業とデイケアは通常通り実施します。

Dear Primary Parents,

Please be informed that the school will decide whether we will have the Sports Day on 6/22 or 6/29 by 6:00 am tomorrow.

We kindly ask you to check an email from the school or check the school web page for the latest information regarding the cancellation.

In case we cancel the Sports Day tomorrow, the alternative day will be 6/29.

There's no school on 6/22 and 6/24. There will be no daycare service on 6/24.

There will be no make-up holiday for the postponed sports day on 6/29. 

We'll have regular school on Monday, July 1.

In case we cannot have the Sports Day on 6/29, we'll have it on weekdays when the weather permits.

We'll make a further announcement about the date when we decide the schedule.

Please note that there's a school for ELC students on Monday, June 24 as usual.
