保護者各位

台風21号に関連し、以下の通りご案内申し上げます。
明日（9月5日（水））について、始業時間の繰り下げ（10:15～10:30登校）、または休校となる場合の判断については、以下の通り決定・お知らせ致しますので、今後の学校からの情報に注意してください。 

【判断のタイミング】
始業時間の繰り下げ・休校ともに、明日の朝5:00までに判断します。

【お知らせの方法】
下記の2つの方法で休校についてお知らせします。
１）学校メールアドレス宛のメール
２）ホームページの「お知らせ」

【お知らせの有無にかかわらず、休校となる場合】
仙台市内において、「特別警報」について気象庁から発表があり、当日朝午前6時の時点で発表継続中の場合は、学校からのお知らせの有無にかかわらず、休校とします。
その後、警報が解除されたとしても、その日は全日休校となります。保護者の皆様におかれましては、テレビやラジオ等で天気予報の確認をお願いします。

【その他】
始業時間を2時間繰り下げる場合は、バスの運行時間も同様に2時間繰り下げとなります。
（例：通常のバス停ご利用時間が7:20の場合→9:20に繰り下げ）

Dear Parents,

Please be informed that school may take the following action on Wednesday, September 5, 2018, regarding the influence of typhoon #21.

We have a possibility to:
1) open the school at 10:15 (2 hours later than usual) OR
2) cancel all lessons (temporary school closure)

When will the school make a decision?
by 5:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 5, 2019

How will the school make an announcement?
1) Email to school email address AND
2) News blog on our school website (http://www.horizon.ac.jp/sendai/)

In Case We Have Special Warnings in Sendai Area
The school will be closed without an announcement if there is special warnings in Sendai-city area at 6:00 a.m.
In this case, there will be NO school even when the Special Warnings is lifted after 6:00 a.m.
We kindly ask parents to check and confirm the weather information on TV or Radio.

Others
If the school will be opened 2 hours later than usual, school bus time will be changed accordingly.
(i.e. 7:20 a.m. --> 9:20 a.m.)
