10月開催予定の学校説明会・オープンキャンパスについてのご案内です。

ホライゾンジャパンインターナショナルスクール仙台、ホライゾン学園仙台小学校では、下記の日程で学校説明会及びオープンキャンパスを実施いたします。
当校についてよく知って頂く良い機会になるよう、丁寧な説明に努めてまいりますので、お時間の都合がつく方はぜひ、学校説明会・オープンキャンパスにご参加ください。
また、2歳～小学校2年生までのお子様を対象とした体験レッスン付の託児サービスをご用意しております。
利用をご希望の場合は、説明会参加予約時にあわせてお申込みください。
たくさんの皆さまのご来校をスタッフ一同、お待ちしております。
【学校説明会】
日時： 2017年10月21日（土）10:00～12:00（9:30受付開始）
内容： 幼稚部説明会／小学校説明会／スクールツアー（ガイド付き）／個別相談
日程：
09:30 受付開始
10:00 第一部：幼稚部説明会（第二部のみ参加者は自由見学可）
10:40 第二部：小学校説明会（第一部のみ参加者は自由見学可）
11:20 ガイド付きスクールツアー
12:00 終了（質疑応答／個別相談対応可）
お申込み方法：
1. ウェブフォームよりお申込み
2. お電話（022-739-9622）よりお申込み
※託児サービスをご利用の場合は、9:30～10:00に託児ルームまでお子様をお連れください。また、水筒とおやつの持参をお願い致します。
※保護者、お子様ともに上履きをご持参ください。お子様の上履きは、動きやすいものをご用意ください。
【オープンキャンパス】
期間： 2017年10月16日～2017年10月27日（平日：10:00～12:00）
お申込み方法：
・事前予約は不要です。ご都合のつくお日にち、時間にご来校ください。
・事務室での受付／ビジターストラップの着用をお願いします。
・スタッフ同行での説明付見学をご希望の場合は、事前にご予約下さい。

This is good chance to know about our school. Though the information session is only in Japanese, English speaker will be present for your question.
We offer day care service with trial lesson for age 2-G2 students during Open House. Please apply to day care service upon reservation.

【Open House】
Date: Saturday, October 21st 2017 / 10:00-12:00 (9:30 Reception starts)
Contents: ELC Information Session, Primary School Information Session, Guided school tour, individual session
Schedule:
09:30 Reception starts
10:00 1st session: ELC (Free school tour for 2nd session attendees)
10:40 2nd session: Primary School (Free school tour for 1st session attendees)
11:20 Guided School Tour
12:00 Dismissal (Q&A time, individual session available upon request)
How to Book:
1. via online web form
2. via phone (022-739-9622)
*If you plan to use day care service for your child, please come to daycare room with your child between 9:30-10:00. We kindly ask you to bring water bottle and morning snack for day care hours.
*Please bring inner shoes (child) or slippers (adult) for your family.
【Open Campus】
Date & Hours： from Monday, October 16th to Friday, October 27th
(Weekdays only: 10:00-12:00)
How to book:
- No reservation needed. Please feel free to visit our school anytime during open campus periods.
- Please come to the office upon arrival. We ask you to wear visitor card.
- Please feel free to contact us for guided school tour. Both Japanese and English tour are available. (date arrangement needed in advance)
